Stopgap 200 levelling compound
Comprising of 25kg bag of Stopgap 200 powder and 5 ltr Acrylic liquid
A fast setting acrylic floor smoothing underlayment, designed for use on both absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors. The Stopgap 200 acrylic liquid is protein free making it suitable for application in biologically sensitive areas. Application can be to a maximum of 15mm unfilled and a minimum thickness of 3mm. It can be smoothed to a feathered-edge and used in conjunction with Stopgap Graded Aggregate for greater thickness.
COVERAGE: A 25kg bag of STOPGAP 200 mixed with 5.0 litres of STOPGAP 200 Acrylic liquid will cover approximately 4.9m 2 at a thickness of 3mm.
Stopgap F76 - Waterproof Surface Membrane - One Coat Application System
- A solvent free, two-part epoxy resin system, which chemically cures to suppress residual construction moisture in concrete and sand/cement screeds.
- The system prevents moisture rising through the subfloor and causing adhesive failure and/or moisture ingression, deforming the floorcovering.
- The product is pigmented blue to allow visual control in application.
- To promote adhesion of Stopgap 200 levelling compound, a coat of Stopgap P131 Primer should be used.
Coverage: 3m2 per KG
Curing time: Approximately 18 - 24 hours at a floor temperature of 20°C. Approximately 3 hours with STOPGAP ACCELERATOR at a floor temperature of 20°C.
Stopgap Accelerator
– for use with Stopgap F76
Stopgap Accelerator is an additive that considerably reduces the cure time of Stopgap F76 allowing early installation of floorcoverings in fast track building programmes.
Stopgap P131 primer – general purpose neoprene primer
- Neoprene emulsion primer to promote adhesion of Stopgap levelling compound to both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.
- Designed to prevent rapid drying of adhesives and smoothing underlayments.
- Can also be used as a general purpose primer for dusty surfaces.
