Holt flooring can be used with underfloor heating but please contact us before hand to confirm the current installation instructions.
Delivery & Returns

Firstly you can talk to an advisor, visit our showroom and order a free sample to to help prevent any returns. However, in this case you do want to return the product then please read below.
If there is a manufacturing fault please contact us to resolve this free of charge if the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
For left over materials such as a threshold or packs of flooring we can’t accept returns.
We can’t accept returns for bespoke products such as stained thresholds or machined to order floors.
‘Kerbside’ means that your items will be delivered to the nearest hardstanding adjacent to or on your property.
Unfortunately drivers cannot unload the items off the pallet due to health and safety regulations and it is the customers responsibility to do this. Most of our customers either arrange for us to help them unload the items for a fee, ask their tradesperson to help, arrange help from a friend or family member or unload it themselves.
